Ginger Tea

Ingredients:
  • A finger length of ginger
  • 250 ml water
  • One piece of clove
  • A spoon (or as you like) of brown sugar or honey
  • One black tea bag
Direction:
Peel of the ginger and wash it clean and smash it. Boil the water along with ginger and clove until boiled. Add the tea into boiled water for 2 or 3 minutes then take it out . Pour and filter the boiled water to a glass then add sugar or honey as you like. Voila, the ginger is ready to drink in the cold winter night or on the rainy afternoon.
